For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Availability of access is subject to change until the reservation procedure has been completed through payment of the deposit.
As this is a limited-capacity event, Management reserves the right to suspend or modify reservations at any time.
The reservation is finalized upon payment of the deposit and subsequent confirmation of successful transaction processing.
The deposit paid will be converted into an admission ticket on the day of the event upon the participant’s physical check-in at the accreditation desk.
The user guarantees that the information provided during the reservation process is complete, truthful, and up to date.
Reservations are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by the Organization.
Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure server. At no stage of the procedure are Tenute Navarra staff members able to access the Customer’s credit card details or interfere with the transaction.
Data transmission and exchange take place through secure encrypted connections in accordance with the security standards provided by the service.

Users are solely responsible for equipping their electronic devices with adequate security systems and antivirus protection.
If the deposit payment is successfully completed, the system will display a reservation confirmation containing the transaction identification code.

Tenute Navarra shall not be liable for any malfunction or issue related to the Customer’s email provider.
To access the event, the Customer must present the purchase confirmation received via e-mail, either in paper or digital format.
The confirmation will be validated by scanning the barcode or QR Code.
For group purchases, all participants must arrive together at the check-in desk.
The event takes place in an agricultural and production environment with potentially uneven ground. Participants are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Guests with reduced mobility are invited to contact the venue in advance to verify accessibility conditions.
The Organization reserves the right to deny access or arrange immediate removal from the event, without any refund, for individuals displaying aggressive, disruptive, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate behavior incompatible with the proper conduct of the event.
Additional services may be booked online and paid for on-site, subject to availability.
The provision of such services may depend on conditions beyond Tenute Navarra’s direct control, including weather conditions or technical issues.
Failure to respect the reserved time slot may result in the loss of the booked additional service.
The deposit paid for the event reservation is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit shall be considered entirely forfeited.
Management reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reschedule the event for organizational, technical, safety-related reasons, or causes beyond its control.
The event will take place even in adverse weather conditions unless otherwise decided by the Organization for safety reasons or force majeure.
The Organization reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, activities, services, and operational arrangements of the event without entitling participants to any refund.
All provisions under applicable laws regarding force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, health emergencies, extraordinary weather events, fires, blackouts, measures imposed by competent Authorities, or venue unavailability shall remain applicable.
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, as these are leisure services provided on a specific date.
Tenute Navarra shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the event.
Participation in the event is entirely at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.
Tenute Navarra shall not be liable for disruptions attributable to third-party suppliers involved in the organization of the event.
Parking areas are unattended, and their use is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Tenute Navarra shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
Free admission is available for children up to 6 years old, limited to one child per accompanying adult.
Reduced-price tickets apply to children aged 7 to 17.
Adult tickets apply from the age of 18.
Minors must always be supervised by the accompanying adult, who assumes full civil and behavioral responsibility for them throughout the event.
All participants agree to undergo any security checks before or during entry.
It is forbidden to bring glass objects, sharp items, or hazardous substances into the event area.
The sale and administration of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
Tenute Navarra promotes the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
The Organization reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to individuals who appear visibly intoxicated.
Management may remove, without refund, anyone displaying disruptive behavior or conduct incompatible with event safety.
Access is permitted exclusively to small-sized dogs.
The owner assumes full civil and criminal liability for any damage caused by the animal.
The Organization may deny access to or request the removal of the animal if its behavior is considered incompatible with safety, hygiene, or the proper conduct of the event.
Any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
Tenute Navarra does not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination between foods and beverages served during the event.
Photographic, audio, and video recordings may be carried out during the event for documentary, promotional, and communication purposes on Tenute Navarra’s official channels.
Participation in the event may involve the capture of participants’ images in public and collective contexts.
Image processing will take place in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws.
